Honestly, I found the training and onboarding frustrating from the start. It looked promising on the sign-up page, but once inside, the steps were confusing and the instructions not very clear. The software felt complicated, especially the calling tools and database sections, which I struggled to understand despite watching the training videos multiple times. Customer support over the phone didn't help much either; they seemed rushed and couldn't fully explain the parts I didn’t get. Invoicing and payments were okay, but the main issue was that I couldn't really start using the software confidently.
