I was looking for something straightforward, and honestly, understanding how the database feature integrated with calling tools was confusing initially. It might suit users who already have some experience with remote project management or CRM software. The sign-up process was fine and invoicing worked as intended, but what I wanted was a quick start without lengthy training. The customer support was decent but often too technical in their responses. They did have automatic updates regularly which kept things fresh, but for someone wanting simple answers and immediate access, this might not be the best fit. Overall, if you are comfortable with a learning curve and technical setups, you may find value, but if you want instant ease, probably look elsewhere.
