Not fitting as expected in my actual work hours
I was interested in WFHI because I thought the software and training would fit well with the hours I work from home, hoping it would help me organize my calls and leads efficiently. However, after going through the sales and pre-purchase information and trying the demo, it's clear that the setup doesn’t quite suit my actual working schedule. While the dialer and database features operate as expected with a good interface, the mandatory calling and training hours conflicted with my preferred times. The signing up process was straightforward, and I appreciate that the invoicing and payment steps were smooth too. But the system's timing and how the training sessions are structured just didn't fit my current availability. I will grant that the telephonic support offered quick responses when I needed help with setup issues, which was good. Still, this mismatch in timing meant I couldn’t fully leverage the tools or training offered. It’s a decent platform and has fine software, but overall, it didn’t work out well alongside my working hours as I’d hoped. I’m mildly enthusiastic about the potential but disappointed that this time-related issue got in the way of making the most of it. Hopefully, adjustments for more flexible hours would make a difference down the line.
