Not exactly what I'd call clear, honestly
When I first signed up, I expected the support team to make things pretty straightforward, but honestly, that wasn't the case. They tried to explain how the calling tools and dialer worked, but their explanations left me a bit confused more than once. It sometimes took multiple calls to get a decent grasp of what I needed to do, and the telephonic support didn't always feel patient or thorough. On the plus side, the automatic updates happening quietly in the background didn’t disrupt my workflow at all, which was a relief. Beyond that, the onboarding flow was lackluster, with many steps feeling like they assumed too much prior knowledge. Also, the database feature could have had better instructions—using it effectively required a lot of guesswork. The invoicing and payment process at least was straightforward enough, so I give credit where it's due. Overall, I wouldn’t say it was a disaster, but it wasn’t very user-friendly when it came to communication and support clarity.
