When I first looked at WFHI to see if their software and training were right for me, I found it frustrating trying to locate precise details. The sales info was scattered and sometimes repetitive, so I had to dig through multiple pages to figure out what their offerings actually involved. I didn’t get a straightforward sense of how the software might integrate with my daily workflow or what support options were included. Overall, it felt like there was too much guesswork needed before even signing up. If I told a friend, I’d simply say, “It’s not very easy to find the exact stuff you want straight away, so be ready to spend some time looking around.” I think a clearer, more direct presentation would improve the pre-purchase experience quite a bit. For me, this made the starting point more complicated than I expected, and it left me uncertain about what to expect next.
