Look, I expected something straightforward but this software is a mess when it comes to navigation. The sections are not clearly labeled and searching for specific features felt like a scavenger hunt. I spent a lot of time clicking around without much luck. The database feature is okay but entering data every time is tedious with little guidance. The dialer tool is clunky and sometimes freezes which is really frustrating. Updates come automatically but sometimes introduce bugs instead of fixing things. Support is reachable but takes too long to answer. The sign-up and payment steps were about the only parts that worked smoothly, and even that was basic. Overall, I can't say it was easy to find what I needed or that it worked reliably. It really needs a lot of improvements to be user-friendly. I won’t recommend it as it stands right now because it just costs too much time and hassle just to get the system running. Maybe some folks find it okay, but for me, it was a chore from start to finish.
