Not clear enough for beginners; might frustrate some users

Reflecting back on my experience with WFHI's sales and pre-purchase software, I found the explanations quite unclear and lacking in detail. From the start, the sign-up and onboarding process seemed straightforward, but as I tried to set up the calling tools and manage the database, things became confusing. The software's instructions didn't really guide me well through these more technical elements, and I felt left on my own more often than not. The training material was not as comprehensive as I expected, leading to me spending hours trying to figure things out, which was frustrating. Payment and invoicing were simpler, yet that didn't compensate for the challenges elsewhere. I believe this product would suit someone already comfortable with similar software or experienced with workflow setups. However, for a beginner like me, it proved quite difficult and discouraging. If the company improves clarity and support for first-timers, it might become a viable option, but as it stands, it's a tough fit unless you have prior familiarity or patience to learn independently.
