I went into this thinking the product would explain everything more clearly but honestly it felt more confusing than helpful. The sales info was full of technical terms and vague promises without enough detail on how the software really worked or what the training would cover exactly. I mean, signing up felt straightforward but then trying to understand what was included and how invoicing worked left me with questions. Also, the payment process wasn’t as transparent as I expected, leaving me a bit wary about the whole experience.
