Not beginner-friendly, likely better for experienced users

I found myself quite confused by how the software presented different features and labels. The wording around the database access and calling tools was often unclear, which made it hard to figure out where exactly I should go to complete basic tasks. I was hoping the training and onboarding flow would clarify those uncertainties, but sometimes it felt like the explanation didn’t match what was on my screen. Automatic updates happened sporadically, and the notifications didn’t always explain what was updated, adding to my uncertainty. I think if you are well-versed in remote workflow tools, this might be less of an issue. The sign-up and invoicing were clear enough, and telephonic support was polite but sometimes struggled to explain things simply. Overall, it seems better suited to users who can adapt quickly rather than beginners looking for straightforward guidance.
