Not at all compatible with what I needed
The training and onboarding here completely failed to meet my expectations based on past experiences with similar platforms. I have used other remote workflow software before, and I found their training methods much clearer and more straightforward. This one was confusing from the start, with unclear instructions and vague examples. The onboarding took far longer than it should have, and I felt lost during the process. I wasn't able to get comfortable with the software or its main features because the content did not line up with what I was used to. Even the support was not very helpful when I asked for clarification. Overall, I could not get the hang of the software, and it did not fit into my way of working. I have decided not to continue using this service since it did not work for me like other platforms had.
