The onboarding process felt quite confusing and overwhelming. There were aspects that seemed like they would be ongoing, but most of it turned out to be a one-off setup, which I didn't quite expect. I appreciate the effort they put in, but I'd have preferred clearer guidance. Given the experience, I wouldn't choose to go through it again.
