Nope, it never really clicked with me
So I started using this software, expecting it to make my remote working stuff easier but honestly, after a few days it just never clicked. It looked promising at first, like when I was trying to get the hang of the dialer and database features, but then I kept hitting roadblocks day after day. Like one day it would just hang and not properly sync with the database, and the next I’d be stuck waiting for some update to install which didn’t even seem to fix anything. I messaged support a couple of times but didn’t get any useful response quickly enough to solve my problems, which was kind of annoying. The training stuff felt a bit too generic and didn’t really address the kind of workflows I had, so I felt lost most of the time. Honestly, I thought the experience would improve with time but same issues kept happening every day, making me question if the software was really reliable for what I tried doing. The sign-up and payments were straightforward enough but that felt like the only good thing. It didn’t ever make me go, “Ok, now this actually works for me.”
