Nope, it didn’t work for me at all
I started with WFHI hoping it would make my work-from-home process smoother, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out at all for me. Compared to what I had used before, I found the support pretty frustrating. Calls to telephonic assistance often took ages to get through, and when they did, the help felt basic at best. The software itself kept updating automatically, which should have been a good thing, but I felt it disrupted the flow more than it helped. Training was okay initially, but later sessions didn’t actually resolve my issues with the dialer and database, which are important for my daily routines. The sign-up and payment went fine, but that’s where the good experience ended. I keep circling back to the support because that’s the critical part when any software starts acting up, and in this case, it just left me disappointed compared to my previous experiences. I was expecting more steady and responsive communication. After all this, I’m not sure if I’ll continue using WFHI or look for alternatives that match my expectations better.
