no waiting, just quick and helpful calls
So, I had to reach out to their support a couple of times about setting up the dialer and the database. I was worried it might be a long process with loads of back and forth, but actually it was pretty smooth. The people on the phone didn’t keep me waiting forever and I didn’t have to explain my problem repeatedly which was great. Usually with tech stuff, you end up saying the same thing like ten times but here it felt like they actually listened the first time. They didn't rush me either, which helped me understand the training material better and get started quickly. Plus, the updates didn’t cause much disruption, so I wasn’t constantly calling support because of bugs or changes. Overall, communication was much better than I expected from a remote workflow service, and it made me a lot more confident while learning the software.
