No unnecessary waiting or repetition during onboarding
The training sessions and onboarding flow were well designed with no excess waiting times or repeating of the same material. Each step built logically on the last, allowing me to progress efficiently through the setup of the database and dialer tools. I did not experience any downtime between sessions or redundant information being covered, which kept me engaged and saved time. However, there was not much opportunity for interactive practice during onboarding which I felt was a missed chance to solidify learning. Apart from that, the concise delivery and clear instructions made it easy to get started. The automatic updates integrated into software also reduced the need for manual adjustments post-training. Overall, the onboarding process was streamlined but could benefit from adding more hands-on practice elements to help users gain confidence sooner.
