No moment when the onboarding actually made sense

I was genuinely hopeful when I started the training and onboarding because the material promised to help me get up to speed with their software and remote workflows. Yet, as I went through the modules, the wording and labels used on the platform did not align with what I was expecting. The instructions often seemed unclear or contradictory—different terms were used for what appeared to be the same tasks, and this created confusion. I tried calling the support helpline for some guidance, but without prior knowledge, the explanations didn’t land well either. Rather than having a moment when everything clicked, I felt lost throughout the onboarding phase. The dialer and database features were supposed to be intuitive, but the labels made it hard to know if I was completing setup steps correctly. Automatic updates didn't help either since they altered the interface terms occasionally, which only increased the muddle instead of clarifying things. Unfortunately, the sign-up and payment process were the only straightforward parts; beyond that, the training left me frustrated and doubtful about moving forward.
