Nice but missing a simple overview
I’d been using other remote workflow tools before trying WFHI, and initially it felt like a step up in terms of features and clarity. The software itself is pretty intuitive, especially once I got through the onboarding steps. And the training sessions really helped me understand the calling tools and the dialer a bit better, which was where I had some trouble before. What I liked most was the database feature — it organizes contact information neatly and makes getting back to a lead much simpler compared to my old software. Also, the automatic updates meant I didn’t have to manually download anything, which saved me some hassle. However, I did find the invoicing and payment flow a bit clunky initially; there wasn’t a quick summary page during signup that gave me an overview of my plan and billing cycle. I circled back a few times, trying to confirm what exactly I was signing up for and how often I’d get charged, which should ideally be clearer for new customers. Telephonic support was helpful when I reached out, though I wished they had a quicker callback option. Overall, it's a solid tool, but a simple overview of the billing and usage right at signup would make the whole experience less overwhelming and more user-friendly. Still, the benefits of the calling and training parts really outweighed that small frustration, so I’m glad I switched to WFHI.
