never again, no proper response from support
The support experience here was just not good enough for me. I kept calling and waiting for their response but they were super slow. It felt like no one was really available or willing to help quickly when I needed it most. The training and software looked okay on paper but without proper support, I struggled to make use of calling tools and the dialer. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to go through this again or recommend it to anyone who needs fast assistance. The invoicing and payment process was also confusing without clear guidance from support. Overall, it was frustrating because I expected more help and quicker solutions but ended up feeling ignored.
