Neutral experience with training and onboarding
During my onboarding with WFHI, I noticed a peculiar delay at one specific point. While setting up the dialer for the first time, I had to pause for quite a while because the system was updating automatically. That held me back more than I anticipated, even if the update was meant to improve stability. Apart from that particular moment of waiting, most of the training went fairly smoothly but without much excitement. The database feature integration was explained well enough, though I sometimes felt like information was repeated unnecessarily during some training sessions. The initial sign-up and payment process happened without any hurdles, which was refreshing. I didn’t find the telephonic support overly helpful nor frustrating; it was just there when I needed it, neither a major highlight nor a concern. I think overall, the onboarding was neither impressive nor very disappointing—just average. I wouldn’t say I’m eager to undergo the process again, but if I had to, I’d manage without much issue. The software itself worked as expected, though the interruption due to automatic updating was the clearest inconvenience for me. So my verdict on the training and onboarding is simply neutral.
