Neutral experience means I might ask for help again
After using the software and accessing its different tools, I feel fairly neutral about whether I'll need assistance again. Initially, I managed to get through the sign-up and invoicing steps without too many problems, which was good. The training materials were straightforward, though some parts of the database feature took a few attempts to understand fully because they weren't very intuitive at first glance. During the calling sessions, the dialer automated most processes, but I did call support a couple of times. Their telephonic support was effective, but I sensed some waiting and repetition of information. Given this mix, I might very well need to seek help again the next time I encounter uncommon issues or updates. It's not completely self-explanatory, but nor is it overly complicated. So, all told, it's a middle-of-the-road experience where outside assistance could be necessary depending on what I am trying to do.
