Needed options for my irregular work hours
I was excited to explore what WorkFromHomeIndia offered especially around the sales and pre-purchase phase, but I realized pretty quickly some important things were missing. Since I don’t work fixed hours, I hoped there would be clearer options or packages that really aligned with flexible or odd schedules. Unfortunately, that wasn’t very obvious during sign-up or in the training sessions. The invoicing was fine, I guess, straightforward and simple, but I needed the system to reflect my actual work hours better. Setting up and accessing the database and calling tools was okay but didn’t fully meet my needs because of this. Support was polite, yet it couldn’t offer much help on this particular concern. Overall, I found the product somewhat promising but incomplete without more focus on varied hours for people like me. It ended up feeling like I had to do a lot of custom thinking to make it work. I am still hoping for updates that might make it more flexible in the future.
