Needed multiple calls and emails to finally get some help

Getting any meaningful support required repeated attempts through phone and email. It was tiring to explain the same issues over and over again when the initial information was vague. The effort involved in following up on unresolved software glitches took up extra time from my workday. I called several times about the dialer malfunctioning, and each time the wait was lengthy before a human answered. Even after talking, I sometimes had to call back as the issue was not fully addressed the first time. While the system itself promised ease for remote workflows, the support and communication side turned out to be resource-heavy for me. After this experience, I would expect to have to invest a similar amount of effort again if problems arise, which reduces the appeal of continuing with WFHI for me. In short, the assistance was not readily accessible and managing help requests felt demanding.
