Needed More Time Than I Expected to Figure Things Out
So, the setup was a mixed bag really. When I first tried to access the main interface, I found the basic options straightforward enough, but some features like the dialer and database needed quite a bit of self-learning. The training materials helped, but it wasn’t completely plug-and-play as I had hoped. I spent quite a few sessions just experimenting with the calling tools before I felt comfortable using them efficiently. It’s not that the software is bad, just that the user guidance could be more thorough, especially for beginners. On the bright side, the automatic updates worked quietly in the background without any problems, which kept things running smoothly. Also, signing up and paying went without a hitch; the invoicing was clear and easy to manage. I’m still using the telephonic support occasionally to clarify small doubts, which has been helpful. Looking back, I wish I’d allotted more time to fully understand all the features before planning to be productive. It’s usable, certainly, but not 100% intuitive on first encounter, and that adds time.
