Needed more clarity, too much waiting
The sales and pre-purchase experience felt stretched with repeated explanations on the same features, which took up more time than I expected. While waiting between each interaction, I often found myself unsure about the next steps. The sign-up process was fairly standard, yet the communication could have been more concise to avoid redundancy. What felt missing was a streamlined outline or checklist that could have guided me through the phases more efficiently and reduced my waiting time. Though the software functions were well described ultimately, the pre-purchase waiting and somewhat cyclical discussions slowed down the whole engagement. I expected a faster onboarding call and clearer invoicing details upfront, but those came only after some back-and-forth. This ambiguity in the initial communications could put off people looking for a brisk and direct sales process. Better clarity and less repetition in the early talks would improve the experience noticeably.
