needed help but got mostly what I wanted
I found it somewhat challenging to navigate through the support section at times. Finding answers to my questions took longer than anticipated. However, when I finally did reach out, the assistance was warm and responded quickly to my concerns, which I appreciated. It was a bit of a mixed bag; I would have preferred a more organized FAQ or chatbot that guided me directly to the information I needed. Overall, I did get the help I was looking for in the end, but it could definitely be improved for future users. If you could streamline access to popular queries, it would save a lot of time for everyone and enhance user satisfaction significantly. Thank you for the effort in your service, though.
