Navigation was mostly effortless
I felt reasonably confident once I finished the initial steps. The sign-up and invoicing were straightforward, but I did have some moments of uncertainty. One particular feature that worked really well was the database management tool. It enabled me to organize my tasks smoothly, which added to my comfort level. However, there were points during setup when I felt information could have been clearer. I had some doubts regarding payment process, but overall, it felt okay. The first interaction with support gave me a pleasant feeling of assurance, even if I didn’t follow everything completely. I managed to use most features effectively, so I guess it was a useful purchase. Despite the minor confusion in the beginning, I think I made the right choice. Just wish the navigation had been a bit more intuitive from the start. Anyway, overall positive, but a few minor adjustments would enhance it.
