Navigation was easier than expected but overall onboarding disappointing
My initial expectation was that the training and onboarding materials would be comprehensive and easy to navigate, especially given the complexity of remote workflows. However, I found the instructional content somewhat scattered and inconsistent compared to other platforms I have used before. Finding the exact instructional module I needed took more time, and some parts overlapped without clear guidance on what to prioritize. The one part that stood out positively was the video tutorials that walked through software setup steps; those were clear and helpful. Still, the lack of a structured flow made it more difficult to build confidence early on. While the software itself is functional, the onboarding experience didn't meet my expectations for efficient and smooth learning. This impacted how quickly I could get comfortable with the calling tools and database utilities included in the package.
