Navigating sales info took more effort than expected
I found myself spending quite a bit more time than I anticipated trying to understand the sales and pre-purchase details presented on WFHI’s platform. The wording and labels used in the product descriptions and subscription plans seemed somewhat inconsistent or unclear at times. For instance, some features were mentioned in one place but had different names later on, which led to confusion about what exactly was included. I wasn’t always sure whether certain add-ons were part of the standard package or separate, and the labels didn’t always clarify this neatly. This made me hesitate before proceeding as I wasn’t confident about the invoicing aspects either. It took several visits back and forth between the dashboard and the support section to piece together a clearer picture. While the sign-up process itself was straightforward technically, these ambiguous terms increased the effort required to decide if the plan suited my needs. I do appreciate the automatic updates maintaining the software once signed up, but the initial presentation of sales info definitely could use more consistency and clarity to reduce this kind of back-and-forth.
