Navigating labels required more effort than expected
I initially expected that the naming conventions and labels in the sales process would be intuitive and match common industry standards. Instead, I found that the terminology used in the software was a bit unconventional and required more effort to understand fully. For example, certain modules had labels that I thought would indicate one function but actually referred to something else, which meant I had to re-read documents and explore tooltips to get clarity. Although the onboarding did guide me, it wasn’t as straightforward as I hoped and demanded patience. Compared to previous software I've used, this felt like a more complex layer added on. That said, once past the initial confusion, the overall software worked fine, but the extra effort invested was notable and not as smooth as my original expectations suggested.
