Nahi karungi ye process phir se, too repetitive and slow
Maine sales aur pre-purchase process kaafi baar try kiya aur honestly, itna repeating steps aur waiting main tolerate nahi kar paayi. Har baar jab invoice aata, uska process baar-baar wahi info mangta. Support ne thoda help kiya but overall maza nahi aaya. Dialer ya database use karna bhi thoda frustrating laga kyunki workflow smooth nahi tha. Main definitely nahi karungi phir se agar similar experience mila toh because time waste laga zyada. Signing up se leke software tak pura journey mujhe laga inefficient tha. Soch rahi thi ki thode better hone chahiye but unfortunately nahi tha.
