Much more effort than expected to get software access
I decided to try the WFHI software, thinking it would streamline my remote working setup. Unfortunately, the whole process felt like a slog from the start. Signing up took several attempts because the access credentials didn't work the first few times, and every reset seemed to trigger another round of waiting. When I finally logged in, repetitive delays in loading the dashboard made me frustrated, and I had to keep refreshing multiple times before I could get anything done. It felt like the software was stuck in a loop of lag and waiting. Navigating the dialer was also a hassle; calls often dropped or failed to connect, forcing me to try again several times in a row. The database feature was supposed to help, but syncing issues meant I had to re-enter information repeatedly. Customer support was okay when I did reach them, but I had to hold on the line far too long, which only added to my irritation. Automatic updates seemed to introduce bugs instead of fixing them, which made the whole experience worse. On top of all that, the payment and invoicing process was needlessly complicated, with unclear instructions that had me second-guessing if I completed the purchase correctly. In the end, setting up and using the WFHI software demanded way more effort and patience than I expected, making me question whether it's the right tool for someone who values their time and wants a smooth start.
