much faster help than i was expecting
I wasn’t sure what to expect when I signed up, especially around how quickly people would respond if I needed help accessing the software. Many services I've tried before sometimes keep you waiting for basic help, but this was surprisingly different. From signing up, the team was on the ball, clearing my doubts about invoicing and payment within just a day. The software access itself was seamless, and when I had a small issue with the database feature syncing, the support had it resolved the same day. The updates to the software didn’t create hiccups either, running smoothly in the background without losing any of my work or preferences. The dialer tool also felt intuitive, far better than other platforms I have seen. Overall, I’m genuinely impressed how much faster and friendlier the whole process felt compared to other platforms I’ve used before.
