Much effort required with onboarding when things went wrong
I really tried to get through the onboarding and training with WFHI’s software, but I found the experience way more frustrating than I expected. The software didn’t handle errors well when I made simple mistakes. Instead of guiding me to resolve issues, the system just stalled or showed unclear messages. When I contacted support, the telephonic help was slow and often left me waiting on hold. When I finally got through, the explanations were not very helpful, making the whole process more tiring. The sign-up was easy enough, but once I tried to move on with training and call tools, everything seemed to get stuck. Updates that should have fixed bugs didn’t arrive fast enough. I’m the kind who usually stays patient, but this felt like a wasted effort because the software didn’t provide a smooth way to recover. Overall, I had to put in a lot of effort just to manage the basics, and I think this won’t suit those who want quick fixes or intuitive help when things go wrong.
