Mostly straightforward onboarding with a couple of hiccups
When I first started with the WFHI training and onboarding, I noticed that a good amount of the setup felt like a one-off effort, especially in terms of connecting my existing workflows to their database feature. This initial stage took some time, but once set, the software updated automatically without me needing to intervene, which I found pretty convenient. The ongoing part, though, was mostly about monitoring the progress of calls via the dialer and making sure the calling tools fitted into daily routines. I did feel that the training could have highlighted a few more examples of how to handle exceptions during data entry, which was something I stumbled on a couple of times. Otherwise, the telephonic support was responsive, and the priority assistance helped clear up any questions quickly. Sign-up and payment processes were also smooth, with the billing coming through promptly and clearly, making the whole experience efficient overall. I'd say it was a solid software and training combo that worked well after the initial setup phase, though it might benefit from a little more depth in ongoing training content for newer features.
