Mostly smooth but small glitches handled well
I have been using the software for a while now, and overall it works quite well with the workflow I have set up. When things did go a bit sideways, like the dialer not syncing immediately or database updates lagging, the system still managed to recover quickly either with auto fixes or a quick prompt to re-login which was convenient. I was initially worried about interruptions, but even with these small issues, the tool kept me productive. The support team also helped guide me through the few hiccups I faced. So ultimately, I feel the outcome is positive even if it isn’t 100% flawless yet.
