Mostly smooth but had to figure out some things myself
I found support to be generally helpful when I reached out, but it wasn’t always immediately clear what steps I needed to take next on my own. The training gave a solid foundation, but for specific features like the dialer settings and database management, I had to experiment a bit outside of the session to fully grasp the workflow. Telephonic support was responsive enough but not proactive—they answered well when called but didn’t offer much unsolicited guidance. This meant I had to navigate through certain parts of the software with trial and error before I felt confident. Nevertheless, the sign-up and payment processes were seamless and well explained, reducing hassles there. Automatic updates generally worked without problems, though some required me to pause and adapt to interface changes without much notice. Overall, I’d say the experience is positive, with the reservation that a beginner who prefers hand-holding might need more assistance than provided. The support handles direct queries competently but leaving some discovery to the user. Verdict: solid help available, but expect to do some legwork yourself.
