Mostly self-taught, had to figure out features alone
I went through the WFHI software with little initial guidance, mostly relying on testing features myself. The dialer and database tools required trial and error before I could get accustomed. Some automatic updates changed the interface, and I had to reorient myself each time. Support was available but I did not feel inclined to wait, so I worked things out on my own. The sign-up and payment processes were clear and efficient, allowing me to get started quickly. Training was offered but it felt generic, pushing me to adapt without much handholding. Overall, I have managed to operate the software successfully, but only because I invested time figuring out most parts without much direct assistance.
