Mostly self-reliant support with one aspect that stood out

I was prepared to do a lot of figuring out on my own with the WFHI platform, and that held true for most of my experience. The software and training materials are quite detailed, which allowed me to navigate the onboarding and start using the dialer and calling tools fairly well without needing constant help. Automatic updates happened quietly without disrupting my workflow, and the database feature integrated smoothly with my ongoing tasks. Sign-up and invoicing were straightforward processes, though I took note of some minor delays in confirmation emails. The telephonic support was there if I needed it, but I rarely had to call. What stood out was the priority assistance option, which, when I did use it, provided fairly quick and precise help that was not as typical in such systems. My only slight reservation was that some of the step-by-step guides assumed prior knowledge that not all users may have, making the initial setup a bit challenging unless you’re already somewhat familiar with remote workflow software.
