Mostly self-guided usage, but database syncing took some trial
Using the software turned out to be largely a self-guided experience. I figured out most calling tool features and dialer settings on my own, using the provided documentation when necessary. There wasn’t a whole lot of hand-holding, so I had to spend some time navigating the interface to match it with my daily workflows. What stood out was the database syncing feature—connecting my existing records wasn’t as straightforward as I expected and involved some trial and error to get right. Other than that, the rest ran on autopilot once set. While I appreciate the autonomy, I did feel that a more step-by-step onboarding in that area would have helped reduce initial setup time. Overall, it required some patient experimentation, especially concerning the database integration part, but the rest worked as documented without needing much adjustment or extra support calls.
