Mostly self-explanatory, but I had to figure out the details myself
The sales and pre-purchase process was generally smooth, but I did find myself needing to work out some parts on my own. The initial information given was enough to understand the basics, but when it came to specific features and how they integrate into my workflow, I had to spend some time exploring the software and reading through the help sections. What stood out was the clarity in the invoicing and payment procedures – those were straightforward and didn’t require much digging. However, some details about the calling tools and database features weren’t fully explained upfront, so I depended on trial and error. That said, the user-friendly interface helped reduce frustration. Overall, the process did the job in letting me onboard fairly efficiently, but I would recommend clearer explanations before purchase so users don't have to figure too much out themselves. One small area for improvement is better communication on what to expect after sign-up, but otherwise, I am pleased with how the system supports my remote work needs.
