Mostly one-time setup, but ongoing adjustments did stand out
My experience with WFHI software mainly involved setting things up once, but I found that ongoing tweaks were sometimes necessary especially with the call scheduling and database syncing. The initial setup covered a lot — registering, invoicing, and payment processing was straightforward and hassle-free. Once through that, most of the time it just worked, thanks to automatic updates. However, I noticed one part that stood out: the dialer features seemed to need frequent adjustments to handle my actual call timings and workflows, unlike other software where you set it once and forget it. This meant everyday use required more attention than I expected. While telephonic support was available, it didn’t always resolve these issues promptly. So, if you’re looking for something mostly one-off setup, be ready for ongoing care especially on the calling side, which might be a bit more involved than you’d think at first glance.
