Mostly okay before signing up, but a bit of waiting involved
When I first started looking at WFHI, the initial sales and pre-purchase process was generally smooth but had a few moments of repetition that felt unnecessary. The sign-up interface was straightforward, and I appreciated how the invoicing details were given clearly upfront. However, during the inquiry phase, I had to repeat some questions when following up, which slowed down the process. The training preview looked promising though, and I liked how the database and calling tool demos were integrated to give a practical view. I waited a bit longer than expected to get a detailed breakdown about what the software would cover in terms of workflow automation. Once I got past that, everything else about the package seemed well-organized and ready to use. So in general, I felt positive about the experience, but a little less back and forth at the start would make it feel even smoother and more confident to me.
