Mostly met my expectations, dialer feature stood out
I approached the software with reasonable expectations based on the training provided, and overall, it matched well with what was described before I signed up. The software was intuitive to navigate, and the onboarding flow was smooth enough to get me started quickly. What really stood out for me was the dialer; it performed efficiently throughout the week and integrated well with the database feature, which was a nice touch. I did notice a small lag in the automatic updates during busy periods, which slowed down my workflow slightly, but it was only occasional. The invoicing and payment process were clear and appropriately detailed, which helped avoid confusion. While the telephonic support was generally helpful, I found myself waiting longer than I would have preferred on two or three occasions. Despite that, I still view this as a solid piece of software that mostly delivered what I needed and will continue to explore its features in depth.
