Mostly met expectations but payment process still tiresome

Honestly, the process matched quite well with what I expected before I signed up. The software features worked as advertised, and the training sessions were helpful enough not to need much follow-up. What still drags me down is the invoicing and payment steps; they’re more complicated than they should be and sometimes it feels like I’m repeating myself to the support team. Despite that, I would probably sign up again if I needed this kind of software because the core functionality is reliable. It’s just that some parts of onboarding could be less frustrating.
