Mostly intuitive onboarding except for the dialer setup
I found the training and onboarding process generally straightforward, but there was one part that really stood out—the dialer setup. The rest of the training, which included database management and understanding automatic updates, was explained clearly with sufficient guidance. However, I spent a significant amount of time experimenting with the dialer tools on my own. The software documentation gave a solid overview, but some of the advanced features required trial and error to fully grasp. After a few hours, everything clicked and I started using the dialer effectively without much additional support. The onboarding flow was logical, guiding me well through sign-up, payment, and invoicing. Telephonic support was available but I mostly didn’t need to rely on it. Overall, the process left me feeling prepared, though I definitely learned the dialer part more by doing than being walked through every detail.
