Mostly figured things out on my own
I got on with setting up and using the WFHI software pretty much by myself. The training resources were there, but the real learning came from diving into the tools and experimenting. Support was available when I needed it, and the telephonic assistance was straightforward enough, but I hardly had to call them except for occasional clarifications. The documentation covered most points well, which meant I could troubleshoot minor things without waiting for back-and-forths. Communication from the team was clear and responsive when I reached out, but the system doesn’t insist on step-by-step hand-holding. I think that approach suits people who want to move at their own pace and explore rather than be constantly instructed. Invoices and payments were handled smoothly online, and signing up didn’t have surprises or complications, so that part wasn’t a hassle either. The automatic updates to software were silent upgrades that didn’t require user intervention or cause downtime. Overall, I’d say the experience involved a fair bit of self-direction with practical support standing by if needed, which fits how I prefer to work with new systems.
