Mostly easy to use but could find a few things quickly
When I first started using the software, I found navigating to the features I needed wasn't always seamless. Accessing the database was straightforward, and once I was inside it, finding contacts matched my expectations. But sometimes I felt like the dialer tool or calling settings were a bit hidden in menus that I hadn’t anticipated. I would circle back to the training materials a few times just to remind myself where certain controls were, which was slightly frustrating. On the plus side, the automatic updates happened without me needing to intervene, which was handy and saved me time. Still, a search or shortcut for key features would have made things easier. I also appreciated the telephonic support being available to clarify some of these points, even though it wasn't always immediate. So while the software was quite functional, the missing ease of discovery for some tools was the one thing I think could improve my overall experience going forward.
