However, I did notice that some detailed documentation or tooltips were not present, which made it hard to understand a couple of database functionalities fully. This lack of deeper guidance meant I occasionally had to contact support or explore on my own. Despite this, the layout of the software feels organized and efficient for everyday use. I also appreciate the automatic updates that keep the platform up to date without me needing to intervene. On the billing side, everything was clear with timely invoices and a seamless payment process. If a bit more comprehensive guidance was integrated directly into the software interface, I think using the platform would become even smoother for all users.
