Mostly easy to find what I needed, with small hiccups
I found the software pretty intuitive for locating the major features I used daily, like the dialer and the database section. The layout mostly made sense, and updates didn’t disrupt my workflow, which I appreciated. However, sometimes the labeling on certain tools wasn’t as clear as I expected, making me pause and spend a little extra time hunting through help sections. The onboarding process helped somewhat but didn’t fully eliminate those moments of uncertainty. Telephonic support was easy to reach when needed and usually handled my queries fairly quickly. The sign-up and payment side was well organized, so managing my account didn’t add any complexity. Overall, I’d tell a friend that it’s user-friendly enough for regular use but that a bit more clarity in software navigation would make it nearly perfect. It works well, just not flawlessly seamless, which is why I’m giving a balanced score.
