Mostly disappointing except for the straightforward sign-up
I had certain expectations about how smoothly the platform would run based on the training previews and feature descriptions, but the reality just didn’t match up. The onboarding felt rushed and unclear in places, which left me confused about some important features like the dialer and database functionalities. I was hoping for more intuitive tools and better communication overall. The only part that stood out positively was how easy it was to complete the sign-up and payment processes; those steps worked without any glitches or unnecessary delays. Unfortunately, that’s about all I can say for praise. While other aspects were meant to support remote workflows, they ended up feeling clunky and below what the initial presentation promised. It’s hard to recommend this software when so much was lacking, especially when the onboarding failed to deliver the clarity I needed.
